Μια δήλωση δεν γίνεται συγκρίσιμη κατά συνθήκη, ανάλογα με το τι περισσεύει… Το take out μπορεί να είναι 18+ χωρίς καρό. Τώρα αν έπρεπε να πει κοντρ, 3♥ ή 4♥, δεν μας ενδιαφέρει. Εφόσον μπορεί να είναι σικάν καρό, το κοντρ δεν είναι συγκρίσημη δήλωση.
24. A take-out double normally does not show specified suits. When West opens 1♠ and
North follows with 1♥, not accepted, we would not allow a change to double. We would
allow a change to 2♥ with no further rectification. (If the convention card shows that such
a double promises 4 hearts it is acceptable if the 1♥ opening bid – which North thought he
